How to report a violation of Tradmark
Hello,
I have brand name has been registered on Amazon Brand Registry.
I do not authorize or allow third parties to sell my products.
However, there are some sellers from China who Hijacked my products and sold them even though I did not authorize them and I am sure they are not the manufacturers of my products.
I tried to Report this violation in the Amazon Brand Registry. However, it is not possible because Amazon requires Test Buy.
How to protect your brand, even if Amazon doesn't help sellers?

In regard to your inquiry, you can create an infringement claim or report a violation. You will need to make sure, you have added trademarks registered in the country of the selected Amazon store (e.g.,. com,. co.uk., etc.). Part of the investigation process is being able to provide us test buy, at this moment we are not able to skip that portion.
Please note that Amazon is an open marketplace. Rights holder authorization is not required to sell on Amazon, and we do not intervene in related contractual disputes.
