Returnless Resolution Policy - Missing Categories?
All of my products are "Industrial & Scientific" category
- I am trying to setup Return Resolutions, so if the product arrives Damaged for example, no return is necessary
- In the categories section, there is no Industrial & Scientific
What category do I select for my items to be included in the Returnless Resolution rules? There are dozens of categories but no Industrial / Scientific. There is "Universal Catalog" but I tried that and it doesn't work (I think Universal Catalog is an envelope brand/category).
Please help!

I reviewed your Case 15820183181. I see that you received an answer to your question that you posted here. Yes, you will want to select BISS as the category. That acronym stands for Business Industrial & Scientific Supplies (BISS).
