Appealing refunds made by amazon
Hi There
I’ve been looking through all the details and I can not seem to find how you appeal against a refund which has been automatically processed by Amazon.
I’ve had a look through the manage returns and there is nothing there, I’ve looked under reports and payments and can see there are refunds which has been processed and looked under the A2Z claims section and there is nothing showing up.
If anyone can help me get my head around this I’d be extremely grateful.

I’ve had this same problem with a handful of ‘customers’ requesting refund after they have clearly played my game and amazon just agreeing it. The games then get returned to amazon and are listed as ‘customer damaged’ but I dont think they have ever compensated me for this

I’ve gone through the reports and nothing seems to be showing FBA inventory reimbursement! I’ll have to keep looking around.
