Phone option on a case not working, ever
Why does the phone option NEVER work on a live case??
Is there any way to fix this? I’ve used multiple browsers and different machines, nothing seems to work.
It just shows the loading icon forever.
Amazon make it so difficult to fix issues. You’re lucky if you get through to someone who speaks English properly. And the frontline staff never have enough resources to help you.
So much time and money is wasted for us and Amazon by their poor service to sellers.

The specific issue I’m mentioning has been going on for months, even last June I remember it.
I can get phone support but I have to start a new case. It’s impossible to do it with a current case. It’s so annoying.
They have the funds they need to up their game. It’s 3p sellers that have helped them grow. They expect us to get back to customers right away, which we do, but they don’t do the same.
Been on Amazon 8 years, I’m sure anyone who had to deal with SS regular will know.
