Missing Units from Inbound FBA Shipment
Hi Mods,
We need your help resolving an inventory discrepancy related to a recent FBA shipment.
We shipped 69 units of the same FNSKU in Shipment ID: FBA18T6P03WN, but 31 units were marked as missing.
Case Timeline:
Case #17503841621: We reported 31 missing units. All required documentation (invoices, proof of delivery, shipment details) was provided to confirm the shipment was accurate. Amazon support rep responded that 11 of the units were located, but received under a different FNSKU. The support rep added wrong FNSKU and assigned those 11 units to that wrong FNSKU. Which eventually auto-corrected and matched to the correct FNSKU after few hours and the 11 units moved from wrong FNSKU which was added by support rep to the correct FNSKU which we created during shipment, confirming the shipment plan which we created was accurate. 20 units remained missing, but the case was closed before full resolution.

Case #17546715611: We opened this second case for the remaining 20 missing units. We received a similar response: that the units were received as an "unexpected" FNSKU and could not be reconciled or reimbursed due to a supposed shipment plan error, and left a note in the end that any further correspondence regarding this matter may not receive a reply.
However, we want to clarify that there was no error on our part. If our shipment plan had been incorrect, the 11 units would not have been auto-corrected to match the intended FNSKU. We shipped exactly what was planned—69 units, correctly labeled and prepared.
We respectfully request:
- Assistance in locating the remaining 20 units, or
- Reimbursement for the inventory lost within Amazon’s fulfillment network.
We’ve followed all FBA requirements and submitted all the necessary documentation. We hope you can help escalate this matter for a fair resolution.
Thank you for your support.

It’s been over two weeks since we posted this and we haven’t received any update. Could you please review and help escalate this issue? We’re still missing 20 units, and we’ve already provided all supporting documentation.
Appreciate your assistance.
