Missing items Doncaster
Hello,
Anyone else notice that when items get sent to the Doncaster warehouse there are missing items? I have 4 missing items from one of my shipments which I am 100% sure I sent as,I only print enough lables for the shipment and I have invoices. One of my ASINS comes in a box of 12 and I am using manufacturer barcode. Its so frustrating and i'm losing money as some of the items are not cheap.

It seems the issue is not just Doncaster in our experience unfortunately, some items go "missing".
Are you able to get reimbursed or does the shipment say "complete and counted"?
Has the shipment gone past the investigation date? in shipment summary contents.

Was the status of the shipment closed and are you still detecting discrepancies?
