I am just starting my first order and for that, I am planning to take a third-party prep service. The prep company is asking to add a secondary user with the required permissions (Manage FBA inventory/Shipment, Manage inventory/Add product, Upload inventory) for them to handle my inventory.
Is it common for a prepping company to request a secondary account? Is it safe to do so?

Depends obviously what you want them to do but it could mean you are linked to another deactivated account via the prep centre and you are deactivated too
