My account got bugged. I want to close my account
Hello. I'm in a very confusing situation. I would be happy if you help. I accidentally opened a UK seller account while trying to open a US seller account. The seller account is closed because there is no document in the UK section and it has not been approved (I don't remember which document it is or what it is exactly, so don't worry about it). I had to close the account myself and open a new account again so that my account would not be suspended, so I asked my friends and they said they will close the UK section. I thought that when I closed the UK seller account, the account would be completely deleted. I even sent an e-mail to Amazon for a monthly refund because I couldn't use the account. When I accidentally entered the account while sending an e-mail to Amazon, I realized that the account was still open. I panicked because I opened a new account and paid money there and this place was still working and a seller can't have 2 accounts. I still tried to close this place. This time I closed the US section and the account was still open. Currently, it seems to be open in 2 marketplaces, one of which is Australia. When I contacted Amazon, they couldn't help me. I probably sent 20 messages. Now when I log into the account, I see a notification that I need to update my card information. I don't even know if amazon will withdraw money from me if I update. I can't close the account either. All I want is to close my account permanently. I had just opened the account and there were no sales etc.

I think I understand your issue, but I would like to make sure before providing any incorrect information.
Initially when you opened the UK account, was it a professional account?
