I am an idivitual seller but my account is registered with Amazon fullfilment
Can anyone help me remove my store from account fulfillment?
I have a notification of paying 30gbp which I refuse to pay,
I checked to close my account and it says i must submit an order to FDA or something
Please can anyone help solve this issue i clicked downgrade on my account but it stil says registered as fullfilment with Amazon on the right hand side of the screen when i click account management
How to solve this problem I called many times and customer service did not help they just keep saying ok we will refund you.
seems like they do not understand the problem and too lazy to undertand my request.

They likely don't understand as you're talking about things that aren't linked to your issue.
if you've already clicked to downgrade your selling plan and Amazon have said they'll refund you then there is nothing more to do. Since it is a monthly thing you'd have to wait for the next month for the change to show.
As for the other things such as it showing as being registered for fulfillment with Amazon, that has nothing to do with your selling plan, is routine and incurs no fees if you never use FBA.

The £30 is the cost for the professional selling PLAN, nothing to do with FBA (which is what I assume you mean by 'fulfilment with amazon' ?. You can downgrade the plan by going to Account Info (cog wheel top right) - manage your services, sell on Amazon - the same again - then click on the individual button, not professional. You will not be charged again. As long as you have not sold anything you can request a refund by opening a case with seller support 'Help'.
