Selling in Uk only

Hi

I’ve been selling on Amazon for a few years now and my sales are always in the UK, I haven’t chosen to sell overseas and have never had anyone purchase my product from overseas until now.
I’ve had a buyer from France and they haven’t paid enough, (I’ve worked out the exchange rate) I normally get an email from Amazon too telling me I have sold an item but I didn’t get this either. It all doesn’t add up to me so have tried contacting Amazon to see if this is a genuine order, I’m still waiting for reply.
I have also had a French email telling me Notification required that my shipping is over due, also my product is Mutts Ear Mitts but the title on the sale is Mutts Ear Mitts Earl & Mooch Gants? seems all a bit weird to me.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated,

Oh that’s strange, any ideas how I take it off? When I look at my shopping details it says No to International shipping? Also my item isn’t Earl & Mooch so not sure about that.

I havent gone on any other sites or listed anything else any where so I havent changed anything. I also haven’t used any tools to change any thing either, this is why it’s so frustrating. I will check the other International sites too but I’m wondering if some one has copied my listing for them shelves and added an extra name on the end of Mutts Ear Mitts but it still came through to my account. I wish I could just talk to a person from Amazon so they can check it.

Thank you I will double check everything. I only sell one item in 2 sizes so the only thing I ever do is update the quantity. I dont want to sell Internationally on Amazon. I just hope they contact me soon.

Also I’m just Mutts Eat Mitts not Mutts Ear Mitts Earl & Mooch Oreille Gants. I’ve just tried looking for just Mutts Ear Mitts on the French Amazon and it doesn’t come up.

The shipping slip and all the information on it is in French and it’s all in euros. Even the cost of my Ear Mitts on the French site is incorrect and theres no pictures.

Certainly don’t ship anything. Amazon always says don’t send anything unless you have a confirmation email from them.

My advice is delete the current listing and create a new one, making sure that you only have the UK selected for postage, and that it says that you aren’t eligible to sell in Europe (assuming that you don’t want to sell there).

ok so i have clicked on the part where it says Amazon Uk and changed it to amazon fr. This is what it said when I tried to click on the inventory even though it was in French I have translated it. (Good old Google!)

“You need to update your existing credit card information or add a new credit card to regain full access to that seller account”.??
I have never had access to the French site
