OTP Issues

Hi,

Over the past few years, i have been having OTP issues,

We sign in, enter our password OTP and click all the boxes so we don't have to sign in again or put in OTP. Then it says password incorrect then enter OTP again then we do that, then we sign in,

But we have to do this daily on over three computers, with one person receiving OTP at a different location.

You cannot turn off OTP; otherwise, you cannot use your account. How do you fix this issue? It's a problem.
