Why am I being asked to log into my bank account and credit card on the verification call
I had a verification call for ASIN that is under review. The ASIN that was under review was also under policy violation but i got it reinstated. In the email it clearly states that they needed me to EMAIL them the information ( Invoices and Bank statements). I did that. When I got on the call the rep asked me to log into my bank account and credit account. I feel as though this is not right as the call is being recorded and my information such as the amount in my account, routing and bank account info is now recorded. I was also told to log into my credit card account. Why are these things being asked for on a call that is being recorded? I am very concerned that my information will be used to commit fraud. I feel as though these things should be noted before doing the call so it will not come as a shocker. Because of this i requested to reschedule and i don't know what to do at this point. Please help
