Too many incorrect courier returns will also create problems in SAFE-T-CLAIM.
All this is happening due to the mistake of Easyship team. There are also a ratio for making a safe t claim which may lead to the claim being rejected even if there is no fault of the seller.
Who is responsible for this mistake and what can be done to prevent such mistake. There is no solution.
