Can't get 'Unit Count Type' to update
Hi,
I have an ASIN that has been suppressed for over 4 months now due to: ‘Unit Count Type’ is required but not supplied.
When the listing was originally created the unit count type was in place correctly. (Unit Count: 15, Unit Count Type: milliliter)
I have tried bulk uploads, completely deleting the product then relisting, and changing Unit Count Type: Count. Absolutely nothing works.
Details:
-Only seller/brand owner
-Using all valid values in bulk sheets
-Waited over 48 hours to relist deleted ASIN
Any tips?

Have you tried raising a case with support/brand registry?
If you are the brand owner, then you should just be able to change it.
