Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.
Phone support is available, I don't see any issues with the system on our end. Try to request support from another browser or device. If you don't have another one, then clear your cache+cookies on the current.
From there restart your computer, login again and see if you can request a phone call.

if you have 'abused' the callback option, they block you.
Not sure if that is the case here, though...only way to know is to enter a different phone number (yours is showing, btw).
