Error 8572 why is it so hard and random to sort

Been selling here since 2010 and 90% product are license and I am not the license holder.

Have faced this error 8572 many times and have been providing same documents each time. Surprisingly, some time it gets sorted in first attempt and sometimes it gets in to the loop with same messages.

I understand the brand name and EAN I am using needs to be affiliated and amazon ask me to provide certain documents for the same.

I've been providing license statement issued by the manufacturer that is on their letterhead, signed and stamped with contact details mentioned and the details of brand ownership clearly mentioned.

With that, I provide them GS1 certificate to prove the EAN owned by the manufacturer.

Now sometimes, this error gets cleared in first attempt and some times it gets in to loop wherein I keep receiving same messages without any clarification.

Many times, I give up and list them on other platforms.

Why is it so difficult to list authentic products with authentic documents?

We are having the same problem and its ridiculous trying to get Amazon to sort it out. We are still trying with no luck with them,

As for the brand BLUEY, it's possible that the name doesn't match the brand assigned to the product ID.

BLUEY is the brand name and unlike sonic it dosent have any other brand name or extended brand name.

Even in the case of Sonic, wouldnt it be ideal is seller support just informed me the discrepancy rather than rejecting cases with vague answers?

If documents were accepted for SONIC so I guess amazon has no issue with the documents but unable to figure out why they are not approving same documents for BLUEY.

Can seller support or anyone from amazon clarifies what is that exactly not matching or causing issue?

About erro5461, that eror is not an issue and so far it has been a straight forward error to deal and sort with.
