Brand Story arrangement

I'm reaching out to ask if there’s a solution to the Brand Story arrangement issue.
We’re experiencing this problem in some of our listings—despite being part of the same family and having the A+ Content and Brand Story published at the same time, in some cases the Brand Story is displayed below the A+ Content. As far as we know, the Brand Story should always appear above.
I’ve contacted Amazon support, but as in previous cases, their only response was that they’re "experimenting with the platform." If any of you have encountered this issue and found a solution, it would be great if you could share your process with us.

Facing the same issue with the Brand story. Haven't received any solution that can fix it.
