Drop shipping.
like many sellers I get orders from the expensive sellers- not drop shipping as such as it goes to their centre. However,I am curious to know if they have the book themselves or they just put a listing on anyway and wait for an order before they order yours.I suppose it’s technically illegal if they don’t actually have the book and risky if the condition is not suitable ( though they don’t usually give full details) I don’t have problems with it if they pay what I ask and if they can get three times my price the best of luck with that.

Hi John_A_Anderson,
I don't know, but suspect they do not have the book, but supply to specialised markets (e.g. Eastern Europe) where, perhaps, the buyer is fluent in another language, but for whatever reason want a specific English language book as a gift, perhaps...

They have nothing.
They operate by lifting our listings from where ever they lift them and list them on all the sites, some of which we don't list on. i.e. I sell on Amazon.co.uk but not Amazon.com. So they have 'my' books listed there as their own at very inflated prices. Paper Cavalier more or less say that on their website.
It's a semi dropshipping model.
