Will NEVER use FBA
While it may seem tempting to increase sales by using FBA, I will never do it. Here's why; Most of my supplies for my business come from Amazon, and while it is great to be able to receive items faster, THERE IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE. Literally every time i receive an order from a brand using FBA, its either messed up in some way or another, busted as can be, or just NEVER arrives. I don't understand it! Its as if there is no consequence from the those who pack the orders from the warehouse, and especially zero consequences from drivers who just drop it off at a random location. I live in a somewhat rural area, but the numbers on my mailbox are huge. My only saving grace has been the kindness of strangers who live in the same town as me, bringing my shipments because they were dropped off at some random house nearby. If it were every so often i would understand, but it is every other order! Its ridiculous! It not only affects me as the customer, but affects brands using FBA. I will no longer purchase from those who use FBA and certainly will never use FBA.

Hi @Seller_TbtZHQsnZyL0f,
I really appreciate you sharing your experiences as a customer - it helps us understand the concerns you have about FBA. Let me share some relevant information from Amazon's help pages that might be useful for your decision-making:
The FBA policies page here outlines some key protections for sellers. Under the "FBA Lost and Damaged Inventory Reimbursement Policy" section, sellers can receive reimbursement for items damaged or lost while under Amazon's control, including during delivery.
For quality control, there's a comprehensive guide here.
Sellers can also monitor any delivery or quality issues through various channels, as outlined in the "Identifying the root cause" section here.
I know your experiences as a customer have given you pause about using FBA, which is completely understandable. While these policies are designed to help protect both sellers and buyers, whether to use FBA is ultimately a personal business decision based on what works best for your specific situation.
Best regards, Michael
