Change of Business Entity from Private Limited to Sole Proprietorship – GST and PAN Update
Hi, I had an Amazon seller account under the name EraMount Industries Pvt Ltd. I have now continued the same business as a sole proprietorship under the name EraMount Industries. The nature of the business and brand name remains the same, only the business entity has changed.
Is it possible to update the GST number and PAN in the existing seller account to reflect the new sole proprietorship details? Kindly guide me on the process for this.
