I’m new to selling on Amazon, and we’re planning to import Marvel 3D key tags from China. Before importing, I tried to create a new product listing on Amazon, but I found the process quite complicated.
Could anyone please guide me through the steps or share some tips on how to create a new listing correctly?

Immediately stop and think about this. It is highly unlikely that Marvel products imported direct from China are authentic products.
They are either counterfeit or made for the Chinese market and won't be licensed to be sold outside of China.
To list Marvel products you will need to get permission from Amazon if the item is not in the catalogue. You can apply for permission but you need to make sure the products are authentic which is unlikely.
If you are found guilty by Amazon of listing or attempting to list inauthentic products then you will get a violation and as a new seller it is most likely this will cause the termination of your Amazon seller account.
