Not classified: Unable to classify

I continue to have the same issue over and over where my dangerous goods submission says "Not classified: Unable to classify". I have done the exact same process with the exact same product on a test listing which was approved, but now for my actual brand and product, it will not work. I have uploaded an exemption sheet and SDS multiple times and it continues to have the same issue. I have contacted seller support but they are useless. My support ID is 17129512631.

Please help!

I wanted to stop by and follow up with you as I took a look at CASE ID 17129512631 and it appears support created a technical ticket to the Hazmat team and they were able to place a classification on the ASIN mentioned on the case.

Selling Partner Support should be updating you soon with next steps. If you don't happen to hear back from them by Monday February 24th, 2025, please reach back out and I can look into which escalation paths we can take next. Have a fantastic rest of the week and take care.
