I created a new seller account (Panjtani Tabarak & Ziyarat center) in 2021. Being new to selling on Amazon, I wasn't fully aware of the platform's seller policies. Unfortunately, I failed to provide authentic documents for identity verification, which led to the deactivation of my account.
Subsequently, I created a new seller account (AK Trading Online) and ensured that all necessary documents were provided for verification. However, to my dismay, my new account became linked to my old seller account (Panjtani Tabarak & Ziyarat center).
To address this issue, I took proactive steps to educate myself on Amazon's policies and procedures by enrolling in Amazon Seller University. After gaining a better understanding of the platform's requirements, I made the decision to delete my old seller account.
Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, my new seller account remains suspended. I've submitted multiple appeals, but I've only received automated responses that don't address the specifics of my case. The seller support team has instructed me to reactivate my linked account, but since I've already deleted it, I'm unsure how to proceed.
I've tried contacting Amazon's seller support team using the case option, but I haven't received any responses. It's concerning that I'm not getting the assistance I need, especially considering the documentation and screenshots I've provided to support my case.

Your second account is invalid - you have to verify the first account as this is the only one you can have. Once the first account is validated I believe you can then delete the scond.
