Shipping label refund purchase
I purchased different shipping for an item twice after the original shipping label was created in Bulk.
I received a refund on one of the labels, I didn't request the one that actually was used for a purchase refund request.
I got a denial on the other label of the two that were refundable, which the reason is that it's "in the mail stream" but there's no way that this is "in the mail stream" because I shredded the shipping label immediately.
This was from UPS. How do I get assistance with this? I've already been refunded for one, so the "refund shipping label" isn't a listed option anymore. However this needs to be refunded appropriately, should the refund be approved.
I'm NOT 100% certain on the above statement because this is the first time in many years of selling that I've encountered this issue. If I'm incorrect on something please let me know because I can't fix something that I don't know is wrong.
