Amazon's IOSS number on buy postage from RM
I'm FBM and when I get an international order I buy the postage from the RM website.
When filling out the online form it asks for the Amazon order number which I input, but when printing the lable out that info is not to bee seen on the CN22 form - nor is Amazon's IOSS number. Am I supposed to add this to the form manually (there's no way I can see of adding it to the CN22 on RM's website before printing it out) - or is the info incorporated into the QR code?

I have never seen the Amazon IOSS number appear on the CN22 when I have had an IOSS order. The only number that appears is my VAT number
The only way to ensure that the information flows correctly from Amazon to RM is to use Click and Drop.
In Click and Drop you need to check your Amazon Integration. You need to make sure you have specified the Amazon IOSS number against the integration along with your VAT/EORI number if applicable.
I am assuming that receiving customs know that duty is paid is because there is an IOSS logo on the label. I would suspect additional information is held in the QR code to verify this.
If you haven't got an IOSS logo on the postage label then something is wrong with what you are doing.
