Can't access Royal Mail OBA account - down?
Hi,
Anyone else experiencing problems logging in to your Royal Mail OBA account?
I’m getting this response
The connection has timed out
An error occurred during a connection to idp.royalmailgroup.com:80.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I’m in OK - using chrome
Try going in again but logout then retry logging in again

I use both, C&D is fine.

I still can’t access my OBA account this morning using Firefox. I’ve cleared cookies and cache and it’s not made any difference.
However, using Edge I can log in as normal and at least I’ve found a workaround, just very odd how Firefox keeps resulting in that error now.

This is still an issue I can’t believe it hasn’t been sorted. I managed to find a work around with chrome (desktop) before but that seems the absolute only way you can now access OBA and order mail supplies.
None of the mobile apps work either not even the chrome mobile app.
