Brand registry denied for abusive conduct??

Case ID: 14373951761 for Brand Extend A Hand Extension Grab Bars for BR Enrollment Application

I own my own UPS codes and only sell my own products I manufacture. I have been selling at Amazon since 2018 with no issues. My brand name was hijacked once on one product, but that issue was fixed by, I believe @Dougal_Amazon (THANK YOU!)

Maybe @Dougal_Amazon can help me again?

I have my Trademark Number 98268218 published by the USPTO and I have never "Been in trouble" with Amazon for any reason as far as know. Why am I flagged for Abusive Conduct??

  • Possible reason: Trademark reason, if sellers are working with an attorney or agent that violates United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) rules and policies, this will prevent you from enrolling in Brand Registry.
  • ANSWER: I am NOT working with an attorney or agent
