Individual account Transfer to LTD company

Hi There, we are just new seller and i created individual account . Now i want to transfer the seller account to our ltd company registered on my spouse name. Is it possible to do it?
or do we need to open another account with our Ltd company?
will it be problem to have 2 accounts with same address?

You can’t have 2 accounts at same address in this way
You need to contact amazon seller support and inform them you wish to change legal entity.
Make sure you have all CH docs to hand before though
