I’m going in circles over Brand Registry automatic rejections of my UK-registered word mark (UK‑class 16). Each submission gives the same vague “identical or nearly identical” message, yet Amazon support agents have twice confirmed there’s no conflicting UK trademark and that the visually distinct EU brand is not registered in the UK. They’ve also confirmed my logo and use are compliant.

This appears to be a textbook "Brand Registry wall" that countless sellers have reported - clearly a glitch in the automated review process rather than genuine IP conflict.

Please:

• Escalate Case IDs 18197109461, 18206959931, 18181053531 to a senior Brand Registry reviewer or leadership team.

• Share the registration number, jurisdiction, class, and date of Brand Registry enrolment for any trademark you consider conflicting.

• If no UK conflict exists, please approve the application under Brand Registry policy so I can list legally within days.
