While you receive brand protection as soon as your brand is enrolled, there are additional requirements to access advanced protection tools and programs. This starts with reporting violations accurately and having those complaints accepted via the Report a Violation tool on the Brand Registry site.
I like to think of this as your contribution to protecting your brand by providing our machine learning examples of how infringement of your specific brand is happening so that proactive protections can employed to help limit these exploits.
