Case Pack size limit

Hello I hope all is well,

I want to send in a case pack with 20 units inside of it, the dimensions are 16in x 18in x 26in coming in at 45lbs

I am seeing online that some people say the case pack can NOT exceed 25 inches, and some are saying as long as it is not too far off,

Would I be able to get away with sending the boxes in at 26 inches or will I need to repack everything.

Thank you so much in advance,

Hi @Seller_aPI7pMVVW6f4O,

Under the "Box dimensions" section at Shipping and routing requirements, it states: "Boxes containing multiple items (standard or oversized items) must not exceed 25.0 inches on any side."

While there is an exception for boxes exceeding 25 inches, this only applies to boxes containing a single oversized item. Since your case pack contains 20 units, this exception unfortunately wouldn't apply.

The help page also notes that "Box dimension policies are strictly enforced" and exceeding these limits may lead to shipping restrictions or refusal at the fulfillment center.

I know repacking can be a hassle, but to avoid any potential issues, I'd recommend adjusting your case pack to meet the 25-inch requirement.
