Sudden increase in Deferred transactions

My deferred transactions have gone from about 15% of my balance, to 60%

Has anyone else seen this? Maybe it's a new policy?

I have this. All my recent transactions are now going into deferred.

I think it is this change which was supposed to happen on the 1st November 2024. It is only a few months late!

I belive it is going to cause me some issues with financial reporting
