My VAT Debt has been paid but my money has still not been released
Hello, it's a long process but I think I'm nearing the end.
My Preliminary and Final VAT debt was paid by Amazon from the positive balance in my seller account. "mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk
"I contacted the e-mail address where my seller account, with which I always contact, is registered. However, I received an e-mail saying that the associated account was not found. However, the previous ones were being answered.
Anyway... After my VAT debt was paid, the rest of my money was supposed to be released within 7 days. But it's been 3 weeks and still nothing has changed.
Has anyone encountered this situation? Is there anything else I need to do to get my money released?
