Appeal submitted but no response
I received notice from Amazon that my account is under review under section 3, on 9th November. I submitted my appeal on given amazon appeal's email the very next day where i provided complete details and documents to verify authenticity of my account and inventory. Its been around 9~10 days that i haven't received any response yet. Has anybody else faced the same issue? any idea how much time does it takes for appeals team to respond? My business is badly impacted as i have made purchases from suppliers and i am incurring huge storage cost and bad impact on business relation. I also missed to make any sales in Q4 due to suspension of shipment. Its really stressful. Is there a way that i could check if my appeal has actually been received by the department and that they are currently reviewing it?

Have you been able to reach someone? My appeal is "review in progress status" for nearly 2 weeks.

I'm having the same issue. The appeals team hasn't responded in 10 days. Did you ever get this resolved? Because of this review my payments have been withheld from me for a month now so a little bit of hope would be nice.
