Tax Verification (In Progress) - Please help

My account shows Tax Verification (In Progress). I opened a case, and they initially told me it was a glitch and that they would fix it within 72 hours. However, I called again, and now they say it will take 3-5 business days.

No one seems to have correct information despite many discussions on the same topic
