KYC Error from PSP persists after complete KYC

- I know there are a lot of threads on this, though none regarding my PSP (WorldFirst) -

A persistent error pops up on dashboard under 'deposit methods'. It says: 'YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RECEIVING DISBURSEMENTS DUE TO PENDING KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC) ACTION AT YOUR PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNT'.

My PSP is WorldFirst. I did all the actions needed and there are no KYC requests on the Worldfirst account. They do not know how to help me. They suggested I add an external bank account ton the worldfirst account in order to please the API with Amazon, but it did not help. I'm stuck in this loop for over 30 days were my payments from Amazon have not been disbursing. Does anyone have any idea on how to solve this?

I spoke to Amazon and they tell me I can get a timestamp from Worldfirst's back-end that shows the right info is being put through to the API but Worldfirst is not able to give me such a thing. (Case ID: 14860928281)

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as you can imagine this is quite a bad problem to have,

Thank you very much.

Hello @Seller_q8QISmuk4lpFP,

Welcome to the seller forums! I am here to assist if I can. While I won't be able to see any exchanges between you and the PSP, I can take a look through any cases you have open with the issue with our seller support team to see how I can best advise.

In the meantime, you may find value in this Payment Service Provider FAQ, which does advise:

"You can find your KYC review status from your PSP account or by contacting your PSP’s customer support or account manager. Alternatively, you can also find your PSP's KYC status of the bank accounts you registered on Amazon via the Deposit methods page in your seller account."

I hope this is helpful, but look forward to connecting further.

Thanks!

Micah
