Deactivated Account (Section 3)
Amazon recently asked to verify ID, I setup a video call and gave them the relevant documents. I then received the following response:
We regret to inform you that we were unable to verify your identity and the documents you provided during the video call verification. Your account will be deactivated and you will not be eligible to sell on Amazon.
I was then asked to upload a bill with account name etc all matching. I did this and then received the following:
Thank you for submitting your appeal. We have received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.
We're here to help
For more information on our requirements, go to "Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement":
Has your account been deactivated in error?
If you believe that there has been an error, go to the banner at the top of the "Account Health" page in Seller Central, click "Reactivate your account," and submit an explanation:
https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_ap
Your explanation should include the following information:
-- How your account has not violated section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement
-- Evidence that shows that your account complies with section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement
For context, this account was setup in error around a year ago. I did not sell or list anything on this account. It has zero activity on it. The reason I want to get this account reinstated is because I setup a Limited Company Account that I have been trading on and that has also been deactivated as a result of this account.
Has anyone has this issue before? Would really appreciate some advice as I have been trying for several weeks now to get account reinstated but with no luck. If anyone from Amazon is here please look into this as advise please

Sorry, but no-one from Amazon will see this and look into it. It seems that the froum is no longer moderated any more either !
Both accounts will have been deactivated because you set up two seller accounts, regardless of whether you used the first one or not. Was the first one ever fully verified ? You may have to get the first one verified and then do an account transfer to your limited company account.
