Trouble Switching Subscription Plans on Amazon Handmade - Need Assistance!

Hello everyone,

I recently created a seller account on Amazon specifically to sell my handmade products. I linked my Amazon account with Payoneer. However, when I attempted to switch from the professional version to the free individual version, I encountered a refusal stating that I couldn't modify the subscription status because another service is associated with my account (I understand which service they are referring to).

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue when trying to switch subscription plans? How did you resolve it? I'd appreciate any guidance or insights on how to navigate this situation.

If you are correctly registered in the Handmade category you are a professional seller but will have the monthly fee waived. I don't think you need to downgrade to an individual account. Instead, open a case and ask that your account be put under the Handmade category.

In order to list your items in Handmade you need to have a Professional Selling Account, the monthly fee is waived. Downgrading to an individual account can affect the availability of the ASINs listed within the Handmade Category. Let us know how else we can help you!
