Follow their compliance rules in the notification regarding your listing removal and Amazon "might" reinstate. So many of us are suffering from this approach. "Some" of us are figuring out the bots' flaws. Still hard to win here. Stay diligent and compliant!

We believe this issue stems from a tactic used by a competitor to harm our brand and business by exploiting Amazon’s enforcement mechanisms. Unfortunately, due to Amazon’s limited understanding of trademark, descriptive, or generic terms in trademark disputes, this situation has resulted in unnecessary hardship for our business and, more broadly, for the entire seller community.

Amazon now uses the "Shoot first and ask questions later" approach to all listings these days. Follow their compliance rules in the notification regarding your listing removal and Amazon "might" reinstate. So many of us are suffering from this approach. "Some" of us are figuring out the bots' flaws. Still hard to win here. Stay diligent and compliant!
