A-Z appeal granted but how do I get the refunded money back?
So a customer made an a-z appeal using the " Item not delivered " to ask a question and amazon obviously instantly refunded it..
So I appealed the a-z and it was granted but the customer still has the refund and the item, it appears that the refund has not been reversed?
How will I get this corrected?

What was granted, the appeal or the claim? If your appeal was successful, it may say Amazon funded on the left hand side.
