We have a shareholder and want to add him as a beneficial owner in the seller central but there is a confusion needs clearification.
Is there any issue if we add our shareholder in the seller Central with the same address on which they have another Amazon account but on his wife's name?
After this can get the UK busniess establishment verified?

Firstly you would need to add the new Shareholder to the Company details on Companies house which you haven't done yet.
Secondly if he uses the same address as another Amazon account it is likely to link your account with his. If the other account gets suspended then yours is likely to do so as well.
Thirdly you will need to go through verification again when you add in a new shareholder so make sure you have all your paperwork in order, you may need identity documents for your new shareholder.
Whether or not adding a new shareholder will get you UK business establishment no one can answer that. There are so many factors involved but I don't believe adding a UK citizen as a shareholder will automatically mean that Amazon will see your company as operating in the UK
