My account has been deactivated and I am preparing the video call verification regarding the funds appeal.
However, when i try to login the link for the video call verification given by Amazon, the link is invalid.
So I try to asked for a new link, while Amazon rejected my funds appeal without providing a new link.
Is that to say Amazon release the funds or not regardless the video call verification。 Is anyone has the same experience with me?

if an account has been deactivated then no funds can be released. They can only pay into an active account
