Competitive Pricing Ridiculous

Does anyone have any advice on this please?
One of our best selling ASIN's that we sell through Amazon FBA has lost the buy box feature because Amazon now deem the competitive price to be £14 now instead of the £17.95 it has been selling at for months.
I can see that a website is selling online at £14 but this is with £4.95 postage so we are actually still £1 cheaper than the cheapest online but they have suppressed the buy box for this?
Do Amazon know that when they search the internet for competitive pricing issues, that they don't take into account other websites postage costs so this is not a true reflection of a products price?
Is there anything that can be done about this, are they actually aware they are costing themselves money for these kinds of silly things?

Unfortunately this is a known problem, we had a good selling product that they now have a competitive price of 0.60 on, we can't even post an item for that, never mind purchase the stock, pack it, and pay Amazon their cut as well.
Just another totally flawed Amazon policy.

I sell books. I have a book that Amazon wont let me sell for a good price because they say its too expensive. Even though its rare, I am the only one listing it on Amazon, and its even more on ABE. Which Amazon also own. If you are looking for sense, you are on the wrong selling platform.
