Unable to select any marketplaces when logging in or access seller central
Hi All.
My account is currently suspended for being linked to a deactivated account. When trying to access that account to resolve the issue, the owner is unable to access the Seller Central area of the account to make any contact with Amazon or appeal the deactivation.
When trying to log into Seller Central, the inital screen shows the Store name but no marketplaces below. Despite attempting to contact through every single e-mail address and Amazon form possibly found in hours of searching the internet, noone seems able to help.
It seems that the account may have possibly been deactivated for being dormant, but this is not confirmed and it is now not possible to access the account at all to either have it completely closed down (so that my account can be reactivated) or to appeal whatever has caused the deactivation.
Has anyone seen anything like this before, and if so how was it resolved? Is there a way to contact the Seller Support team or someone that may be able to help with the issue outside of logging in to Seller Central?
