Hi there @Seller_Ru3Kn4jUFo7go

I took a look into this and can see that there is no other seller on the ASIN you sent over! Are you seeing something different?

Chinese Seller...you might as well pack it in and leave. Amazon is not gong to get rid of the goose that lays the fake golden eggs that sell well...

Did you report it through Brand Registry? Only asking because you said you have contacted Seller Support. Also, did you do a test buy to verify these are fake products? You will need to do that also. Take pics of the packaging before and after opening, and of course pics of the product you received.

Best of luck getting other sellers removed because Amazon doesn't protect registered brands.

Sorry you are dealing with this—it's infuriating and takes way too long to get these sellers kicked out of listings. Your best option is to place test buys from the seller and wait to report them until the test buy arrives. That way, you can provide the order number and pictures of the actual items from the order.

We have tried reporting sellers without providing evidence from a test buy and those reports usually get rejected. If you rack up too many rejections, Amazon can suspend your ability to report violations.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. This has been a major pain point for us this year.

You order a test buy. Keep records of everything you do. Photograph the item when it arrives before opening the package and all steps opening as well as detailed photos of the product. Then use Project Zero to remove the seller. Put the other seller's product away where it won't be lost or changed. Amazon may come back to you after you use Project Zero. Or they won't but you have to have all of your ducks in a row. You can't just go in and kick them off without any proof. This is the only way.

if you are in fact Brand Registered just report the violation. I do it all the time and it is very effective. if you are not Brand Registered then you can do nothing

Enroll in transparency, well worth it and no chance of this happening anymore

place test buy and report vialtion , Amaozn acts pretty quick on these cases, normally within a few hours. but my case was selling other brand not my private label, so no penatly for those Chinese sellers. If you are brand owner , then that's different case, they will be banned from selling Amazon.

Go to Brand Registry and report it. I hope you have it because if not there is nothing you can do at this moment but to start the Amazon brand registration process and you will be able to remove it later.

Im guesing you have brand registry since you have the store link below the title. If you are the rights owner, go into brand registry and apply for Project Zero. Then boot him with ease!
