Premium delivery revoked

Hi,

Amazon have revoked our premium delivery option but I can't understand why.

All order where send via DX and delivered on or before the delivery promise. The valid tracking rate is showing 11% (one out of 9 orders) but when I look at the report all the tracking information is there?
