Want to enroll into the FBA for my Canada Account
I want to know that we are the seller of the Canada Seller Central but now the issue is this that due to the hazmat product I am unable to send the listing into the FBA. We have submitted the SDS file for the review to the Amazon but still no response from the internal team. Just saying the same thing.
We have also enrolled in the FBA Dangerous Goods Program for our product but still no reply from the Amazon. Is there any idea to anyone that How can I convert my listing from Merchant to FBA and send the goods to the registered warehouse of Amazon...?

Hi @Seller_GvL9ifgRNr1ic,
I understand your frustration with the delays in getting approval for your hazardous materials (hazmat) products to be enrolled in Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) for your Canada account. Dealing with the complexities of shipping and storing hazmat products can be a challenging process, and the wait times can be discouraging.
First and foremost, I want to assure you that Amazon takes the safety and compliance aspects of handling hazardous materials very seriously. The review process is rigorous to ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to protect the well-being of our employees, carriers, and customers.
Here are a few suggestions and resources that may help you navigate this process more effectively:
Double-check your submission: Ensure that you have provided all the necessary documentation, including the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and any other required information, accurately and completely. Incomplete or incorrect submissions can lead to delays or rejections.
Reach out to Seller Support: If you haven't heard back from the internal team after a reasonable amount of time, I recommend contacting Seller Support directly. They may be able to provide you with more specific information about the status of your submission and any additional steps you need to take.
Review the FBA Dangerous Goods Program guidelines: Amazon has detailed guidelines and requirements for the FBA Dangerous Goods Program, which you can find here:
Familiarize yourself with these guidelines to ensure you are meeting all the necessary criteria.
Consider alternative fulfillment options: If the wait time for FBA approval becomes too lengthy, you may want to explore alternative fulfillment options, such as Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) or third-party logistics providers, until your hazmat products are approved for FBA.
I hope these suggestions and resources are helpful. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to this thread for further assistance.
