Issue with replenishing inventory for our first product
Hello,
Hope you're well.
We're new to Seller Central and have created our first book listing. We typically warehouse with a book wholesalers, Gardners. However, we're trying to go direct to customers.
While setting up the order for stock to be delivered to the warehouse, Gardners have sent stock to one of the Amazon fulfilment centres in the UK, before we were able to set up a delivery order through Amazon with the correct labelling. We have all the delivery information from Gardners, but we appreciate this isn't the correct way to replenish your inventory
Is there any way for our stock to be correctly processed at the fulfilment centre? We would very much appreciate your assistance.

So you have sent the product to an FBA centre without first creating a shipment on your FBA dashboard? How did Gardeners know which fulfilment centre to send it to?
Without the correct labels it is more than likely that the stock will be untraceable as all the info that Amazon would need/use to link that box to you is on those labels. If it's not too late you need to stop the delivery to Amazon.
