I would like to know the processing time limit for order transactions on Amazon.

I have a customer who purchased an item in May but only reached out yesterday to say they have not received it. Is this still within the processing time limit for handling such issues?

Based on the refund policy from amazon.co.uk, the buyer has up to 30 days to make the request of the refund upon receiving the return.

If your orders are merchant fulfilled, you can also choose whether to refund the buyer or not in this case.
