An issue relative to return, refund and stamp
Good evening, forum!
I have just refunded a customer who had requested to return a book I had sold,
I wrote to the customer that she does not need to return that copy.
Amazon has already issued a stamp for the return and I believe it has charged me the cost of it.
Since the customer will not return the book, can I recover the cost of the return stamp? How?
Thank you for your kind and wise advise.

you aren’t charged the cost of the label until the label is scanned into the delivery network.
So if it hasn’t been scanned you haven’t been charged.
